I do my best thinking out loud. The between-session access is the whole game for me.

THE WORK
What leaders face
While both groups hire coaches to become more effective, Founders and Enterprise Executives (EVPs & C-Suite) face fundamentally different leadership challenges.
Founders
Founders are building the engine while flying the plane, navigating existential ambiguity, extreme velocity, and the personal shifts that come with scaling a company.
Scaling yourself
Making the shift from building the thing to leading what you've built.
High-stakes decisions
Pressure-testing consequential choices when the answer isn't obvious.
Co-founders, board & investors
Navigating competing interests, difficult relationships, and critical relationships.
Cognitive load
A completely safe, confidential vault to process anxiety, combat isolation, prevent burnout, and stay grounded.
EVPs & C-Suite
Enterprise Executives operate within complex, matrixed organizations, where success depends on managing organizational dynamics, building alignment, and leading effectively at scale.
Influence & Alignment
Success increasingly depends on managing up, influencing peers, navigating competing agendas, and creating alignment across functions you don’t control.
Executive Presence & Communication
Being right isn’t enough. How you frame an issue, read the room, communicate tradeoffs, and show up under pressure shapes whether others trust your judgment and follow your lead.
Bigger Roles, Bigger Scope
A promotion, new C-suite seat, expanded mandate, or turnaround changes the job quickly. Coaching helps you determine what the new role requires, where old operating habits no longer serve you, and how to establish traction early.
Conversations You Can’t Have Internally
The more senior you become, the fewer people you can speak to without considering the organizational consequences. Coaching creates a confidential space to examine ambition, uncertainty, difficult relationships, career decisions, and what you actually want next.
I've never walked away from a conversation with Nga feeling more stressed than when it started. Somehow I always leave lighter.

DEPTH OF ENGAGEMENT
Tailored to the challenge
The level of access, responsiveness, duration of engagement, and scheduling flexibility is intentionally tailored to the nature of the work and the needs of the leader. We’ll determine the right approach together during your Executive Consultation.
Three ways we work together
I primarily work with clients through ongoing engagements. In practice, retainers often fall into one of three approaches.
Strategic Partnership
More frequent sessions. Expanded access between, with priority response when something is live.
Anchor
Practice
Twice-monthly working
sessions. Asynchronous e-mail and messaging support.
Embedded
Advisor
Closest cadence. Available when decisions don't wait, including evening and weekend access when circumstances call for it.
Operational Note
Depending on the scope of engagement, support may include:
-
scheduled leadership and strategic working sessions
-
rapid response conversations for time-sensitive matters
-
between-session communication via text or email
-
priority scheduling access
-
extended or intensive sessions during consequential periods
Pricing is discussed once we've established fit.
Intensives for a specific challenge
For leaders navigating a specific decision or inflection point, I occasionally offer Executive Intensives. These sessions provide a single, dedicated space to think deeply and move decisively.
A small roster, by design
I work with a deliberately small number of leaders at a time. That isn't a marketing line. It's how I keep the access real and my own attention undivided.
Nga has this uncanny ability to pick up right where we left off. We just get to work.

Private and corporate-sponsored
Engagements can be funded privately by the leader or sponsored by the organization. Structure and confidentiality are preserved either way. For corporate-sponsored engagements, sponsors receive engagement-level updates without session content.
