COACHING MODEL
A different shape of partnership
MOST COACHING
Reflection after the fact
Session-based
Generic frameworks
High inquiry. Low direction
Periodic touchpoints
NEU EDGE
Thinking partnership while the decision is live
Ongoing access between sessions
Tailored to how you actually think
High inquiry. JHigh challenge.Selective perspective
Cadence and access matched to what's in front of you
"Most coaches run generic, repetitive frameworks. Nga adapts. She's somehow warm and incisive at the same time. She asks the precise strategic and operational questions needed to make immediate decisions and long-term choices."
E.W., COO, CLIMATE TECH STARTUP
ENGAGEMENTS
Three ways we work together
The level of access, responsiveness, and scheduling flexibility is intentionally tailored to the nature of the work and the needs of the leader. In practice, the work falls into one of three approaches.
Strategic Partnership
For leaders carrying more weight: complexity, visibility, stakeholders, stakes.
More frequent sessions. Expanded access between, with priority response when something is live.
Anchor
Practice
For leaders who want a steady thinking partner alongside the work.
Twice-monthly working
sessions. Email support between.
Embedded
Advisor
For founders and senior executives in high-velocity environments.
Closest cadence. Available when decisions don't wait, including outside of business hours when circumstances call for it.
Operational Note
Depending on the scope of engagement, support may include:
-
scheduled leadership and strategic working sessions
-
rapid response conversations for time-sensitive matters
-
between-session communication via text or email
-
priority scheduling access
-
extended or intensive sessions during consequential periods
Pricing is discussed once we've established fit.
A small roster, by design
I work with a deliberately small number of leaders at a time. That isn't a marketing line. It's how I keep the work close, the access real, and my own attention undivided.
"I do my best thinking out loud. The between-session access is the whole game for me. I have a sounding board when decisions are still taking shape, not after they've already been made."
T.S., CO-FOUNDER, FINTECH
Private and corporate-sponsored
Engagements can be funded privately by the leader or sponsored by the organization. Structure and confidentiality are preserved either way. For corporate-sponsored engagements, sponsors receive engagement-level updates without session content.
