  • Coaching Data: Notes taken during coaching sessions (with your knowledge), used solely to support your coaching goals.

  • Website Analytics: General browsing behavior such as page visits, session duration, and referring URLs, collected through tools like Wix Analytics and Google Analytics.

  • Scheduling & Forms: Information collected through Acuity Scheduling (intake forms, session type, availability) to book and manage appointments.

  • Communications: Messages sent through Google Chat, email (via Google Workspace), or forms may be stored to maintain context and continuity in our coaching relationship.

  • Payment Information: Securely processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Wix Payments). We do not store full payment details on our servers.

  • Communicate with you about sessions, forms, or resources

  • Improve your experience on our website and in sessions

  • Share relevant updates or offers (when you’ve opted in)

Wix (Website Hosting)

  • Our site is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix stores data securely behind a firewall and uses HTTPS encryption.

Acuity (Scheduling)

  • We use Acuity Scheduling to manage bookings, forms, and availability.

  • Intake forms may collect session-specific information to help tailor coaching.

Zoom (Session Delivery)

  • Coaching sessions may be held via Zoom. Sessions are not recorded unless agreed upon in writing.

  • Zoom may collect device and session data in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

Google Workspace & Google Chat (Communication & Admin)

  • We use Google Workspace for emails, calendar invites, file storage, and document collaboration.

  • Some communication may occur via Google Chat, particularly for ongoing clients.

  • Google’s systems are encrypted and governed by their Privacy Policy.

 

4. Confidentiality in Coaching

  • Everything shared in coaching remains confidential and will not be disclosed unless:

  • You give written consent

  • There is a legal or safety obligation
