Welcome to Neu Edge. By accessing our website or purchasing any service or product offered by Neu Edge ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service and Use. These terms include our privacy policies and any additional guidelines, terms, or agreements specific to services you purchase or use.

 

1. INTRODUCTION

This website is owned and operated by Neu Edge Coaching. These Terms apply to all users of our site and services, including but not limited to clients, visitors, subscribers, and customers.

 

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or purchase any coaching services. If you are under 18, you may only use this site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

 

3. COACHING SERVICES & SESSION POLICIES

  • Coaching sessions and packages are valid only for the time period specified at purchase (e.g., 30 days, 90 days).

  • Unused sessions expire after the designated time frame unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled or canceled at least 12 hours in advance without penalty. Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 12 hours' notice may be forfeited.

  • Neu Edge is not responsible for sessions missed due to client no-shows, late arrivals, or connectivity issues on the client’s end.

 

4. FEES & PAYMENTS

  • All payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal.

  • Full payment is due at the time of booking.

  • Coaching sessions and packages are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
     

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site, including branding, logos, graphics, tools, downloads, and course materials, are the property of Neu Edge Coaching. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any materials without explicit written permission.

 

6. USER ACCOUNTS & PASSWORDS

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

 

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

All services and content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Neu Edge Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website or coaching services. Coaching is not therapy or medical treatment, and outcomes are not guaranteed.

 

8. DISCLAIMERS

Neu Edge Coaching does not provide psychological, medical, legal, or financial advice. Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results.

10. INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS

Clients outside of the United States are welcome. Neu Edge Coaching abides by U.S. regulations, and you are responsible for complying with any local laws, taxes, or fees applicable in your region. Services are conducted in English unless otherwise agreed upon.

 

11. AFFILIATE LINKS AND THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

We may occasionally recommend third-party products or include affiliate links. These will always be clearly disclosed. We do not control or guarantee third-party websites or content and are not liable for any resulting experience or transaction.

 

12. GROUP PROGRAMS

Group coaching programs and workshops may have additional guidelines and expectations. By enrolling, you agree to maintain confidentiality, show respect for fellow participants, and contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment. Group programs may be recorded for internal use only.

 

13. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

 

14. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our site or services at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason including breach of these terms.

 

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
